I’ve assisted hundreds of individuals in enhancing their relationships with food and their bodies during my fitness journey.  It is essential to have goals in our lives, but it is not just about that; our direction also plays a key role. If your goal is to decrease or increase a couple of kg, that’s alright, but building a direction for a healthy life that leads to achieving all your fitness goals permanently is my expertise. As a personal trainer, I aim to assist you in following a fitness routine long enough to see tangible benefits. When my clients begin working out, they view their gym time as an additional commitment. However, they quickly discover that the support, flexibility, and nutritional counselling they get have a beneficial ripple impact on the rest of their lives. In addition to being more effective at work and present with their families, they also begin to like themselves more.

Me

I’ve been an athlete since I was a child. I used to play football for one of Iran’s most famous clubs, Persepolis, when I was 15 years old. At the age of 18, I went to the gym for the first time and began weight training. I undertook boxing at the age of 21. I was always full of life and energy. However, when I was 23, I stopped training for two years to focus on business, which turned out to be one of my biggest mistakes. After these two years, I discovered that my energy level, self-confidence, and passion for life had all drastically decreased. As a result, I woke up one day and decided never to do that to myself again. Without hesitation, I resolved to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle. I realized that exercising increases efficiency in all aspects of our lives. After 5 years, I had accomplished everything I had desired in my life. As a result, my emotional, intellectual, social, financial, and professional life improved significantly, and I can truly say I am happy. Consequently, I decided to become a personal trainer to help others revolutionize their lives in the same way that I did. In 2019, I obtained my first fitness certificate in Malaysia and began working as a Certified Fitness Instructor at Life n Fitness in Kuala Lumpur. In 2020, I earned my second certification (Certified Fitness Practitioner). I moved to Turkey in 2021 and continued to work as a freelance personal trainer in Istanbul. I am currently residing in Budapest, Hungary. I work at the Go Active gym in Budapest’s 7th district.
